Each day was met with logistical challenges that at times seemed daunting, but in the end were solved through strategic logistics and planning .
Pre-Construction
The site is located in historic downtown Savannah. Located across from Wright Square. An initial challenge of the project, was the historic nature of the building. Strict guidelines were followed and maintained throughout construction.u00a0
Construction
Standing 4 stories tall, the facility boasts 37 luxury dwellings and 2 retail spaces beneath along with a state of the art alarm system and lighting control systems.
Post-Construction
Being a luxury destination comes at the expense of custom lighting. Throughout the property numerous custom fixtures were wired and placed throughout to help heed in the design aesthetic.
