A challenging and rewarding project
Due to the inclement weather that that purveyed throughout the project, coupled with the COVID-19 pandemic, an already tight schedule was pushed to its limits.
Pre-Construction
Located in Pooler, Georgia on 30 acres of land – Alleia Luxury Apartments is an expansive project featuring a 20 building complex housing 328 units along with an additional clubhouse with offices, meeting rooms, a pool, key-less mail room, and state-of-the-art gym.
Construction
Due to the sheer scale of the project – Coastal Electric knew going into the project the schedule would be tight. This became even more true as numerous tropical storms and rain came into play coupled with the COVID-19 pandemic.
Post-Construction
Being a luxury destination comes at the expense of custom lighting. Throughout the property numerous custom fixtures were wired and placed throughout to help heed in the design aesthetic.
